Summer is heat beaming into my eyes, shimmering sand stuck to my body as I tan, hot breeze hitting me in my face as I walk down the hot golden sand.
Summer is Christmas at the beach, I see the waves coming to take me away, pohutukawa flower colour blinds me.
Summer is sausage sizzling on the b.b.q, people having a summer party on the wavey beach, birds chirping around all the trees and me.
Summer is a delicious smelling food sizzling on the deck, the pollen from the flowers overpowering my senses, sunscreen over my body head to toe smelling so bad I think I stink.
Summer is lemonade washing down my throat, the yummy food in my mouth drying it up, picnics down at the park.
